Stir Fried Chicken and Veggies with Billies Seasoned Garlic

Quick and easy, Billies Seasoned Garlic levels up your stir fry game and makes this dish a family favourite.
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- ¼ cup cornflour
- 1 small head broccoli
- 1 carrot in strips
- ½ red pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp Billies Seasoned Garlic (or Seasoned Garlic Chilli for an extra wee kick)
- 2 tsp olive or coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup sliced spring onions
Instructions:
- Cut up chicken toss in cornflour add to pan with oil and cook.
- Cut broccoli and capsicum into small pieces and add to the pan, along with the mushrooms, onion, courgette and carrot.
- Sprinkle with Seasoned Garlic and stir until vegetables are just cooked then drizzle over honey.
- Toss through until the honey is melted and stir in spring onion.
Notes:
- Serve with rice for a quick, easy, tasty and delicious dinner.
