Delicious whipped cream. Ideal for multiple deserts. 

 

Ingredients:

• 300ml Fresh Cream
• 1tsp Vanilla Extract 
• 2tsp Billies Sugared Spice

Instructions:

• Whip all ingredients together until it forms firm peaks.

Notes:

• Pipe into Brandy Snaps
• Cover a Christmas Pavlova
• Dollop over French Toast
• Use on your scones for Devonshire Tea
• Complement Apple Pie
