Who doesn’t love fish and chips? Level up your fakeaway game with these super quick and easy fish bites with Billies A Little Bit French.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbps Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 tsp Billies A Little Bit French
  • 500 g Firm Fresh Fish (we like butterfish)
  • Oil for cooking (we like Rice Bran Oil)

Instructions:

  • Prep the fish, cut into bite size pieces (approx 3-4 cm), pat dry and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together the corn flour, egg, oil and Billies A Little Bit French.
  • Add the fish to the bowl and mix so that the fish is evenly coated.
  • Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a small amount of oil in a frypan over medium heat and shallow fry the fish bites in batches until golden on both sides and the fish is cooked through.

Notes:

  • Serve with a wedge of lemon, hot chippies and a salad… yum!
