Spiced Cranberry and Orange Scones

Servings: approx. 12 scones
Spiced scones with fresh orange flavour and yummy cranberries. Have them on their own or with some fresh strawberry jam.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Self Raising Flour
 - 75 g Soft Butter
 - 3 tsp Billies Sugared Spice
 - 1/2 tsp Salt
 - 1 cup Dried Cranberries
 - 1 1/3 cup Milk
 - 1/3 cup Orange Juice
 - 1/3 cup Yoghurt
 
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine self raising flour, salt and soft butter, mix to a crumb.
 - Add dried cranberries, Billies Sugared Spice and orange rind.
 - In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, yoghurt and milk.
 - Fold wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Be careful to not over mix.
 - Turn dough out onto a floured surface and flatten. Cut into shapes and place onto tray.
 - Bake @ 200ºC for about 10-12 mins. Remove from the oven and transfer to a rack to cool.
 - Dust with Icing Sugar and serve with fresh cream.
